iPod touch Average size of an ipod app/game?

Since I don't really have a lot of music (1.5gigs), i was wondering if i should just get 8gig ipod touch...how large are normal apps? games?

as far as I know, not very large. A couple of megabytes. games can be more (in the double digits)

Get the 8gb. Most apps are less than 5mb. I have 2 pages of apps including monkey ball, hold em, and crash and it takes up 497mb so you'll be good with the 8gb.🙂

Most apps are pretty small (often 1MB), but some of the more graphical ones are close to 100MB (e.g. Spore and Texas Hold'em). If you only have 1.5 gigs of music and you're not intending to uploading much video, then 8gb should be fine.

thanks...i think i will save the $70 and get 8gb touch...use the saved money to get a case!

Will you be watching movies on it? That would sway me one way or another as they can eat up your free space quite quickly.
