Didn't there used to be a 'Restore iPhone' command in the File menu?

Got my second Apple Logo of death, it's freaking me out because it's said my backup is corrupt and I can't restore from it.

Thing is, this happened a couple of months ago, and even though it at first said it was corrupt, I still managed to somehow get it to work a little later. I remember using the 'Restore iPhone from backup' command in the File menu, or something like that.

Only thing is no such thing seems to exist. Can anyone help?
