legal question

The iphone application i'm building needs to call a third party web page (blogs hosted on other sites).

I'm wondering if i'm going to have an issue with getting the app on the appstore because of this given what i'm reading in
"iphone_sdk_agt_608_final.pdf" (sections 3.3.2, 3.3.11, 3.3.5 and 3.3.3).

Essentially my app launches a couple different Web Apps.

Any ideas? I don't see any apps in the app store that launch web apps hence the question/research and i don't want to waste my time if there is a T&C issue.

Can you post those sections? Or at least the actual title of the document, the file name doesn't really say what it is.
