iPod touch Converting TV Series for iPod Touch (2G)

Hey guys, didn't find a thread like this in here, just need a little help.

I have the TV Series "Scrubs" Seasons 1-6 on DVD and am wondering how can I convert it to watch on my iPod Touch (2G) if any different.

All I want is to have each episode as a separate file?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

MP4 files, best quality encoding is using the H.264 encoder.

Easiest way is to just choose the "iPod Hi Rez" preset.
