mohaa deluxe edition-where r the missions???

i bought mohaa deluxe edition some days back. but i can only run spearhead. it has just 3 missions which i have done. how do i get the rest of the missions??
if i click the medal of honor icon, it says incert cd1..now there is only 1 dvd which is already in?
anyone knows what am i doing wrong??

i reinstalled the game..got it all now. :)
