Is this a new feature of 2.0?

I don't know if anyone know about how to save images from the safari web browser but apparently if you tap and hold on the image it'll ask if you wish to save the image into the camera roll album. I've always thought that this was a feature that was missing from the iPhone OS but I don't know if it came with 2.0 or not.

Yup! When 2.0 came out, Steve Jobs announced that feature.

It's really nice.

Alright thanks for the response, I remember when Steve announced that you would be able to save images from email but I don't remember anything about safari, anyway thanks for clearing things up.

Although, I cant get itunes to recognise the picture taken of the screen and the app. that I use to transfer pics from the iphone to my pc crashes.
