Apps downloaded on Iphone don't show up in Itunes

I'm using 2.1, and this is still a problem. For example, i downloaded the Wikipedia app on my iphone; no problem. I synced to itunes and asked it to transfer. but if i look at the grid of apps, wikipedia isn't there, though it is indeed on my phone.

Me too. Only I'm having the same problem with my iPod Touch.:mad:

Don't have iTunes handy right now, but there is an option on the first menu in iTunes (edit? file?) like 'transfer purchases from iPod'. I think there is a setting somewhere in the sync area on iTunes to set it to do this automatically.
