Hi, I have a 1G Touch with 2.0.2 firmware. I am fairly proficient in computer skills so you don't need to tell me how to jailbreak my Touch to do this (just tell me to do it if it is necessary).

Basically, my setup involves my home windows XP desktop server storing all my music (which is made up of a lot of FLAC). The only solution I have to stream FLAC to my Touch over wifi (or the internet) is TVersity, but it transcodes the FLAC to mp3. So I need both of these solutions:

1. Stream un-transcoded FLAC over the web (I have a high upload speed) to my Touch. MP3 and OGG files must not be transcoded when streamed.

2. Stream un-transcoded FLAC over my local network to my Touch. MP3 and OGG files must not be transcoded when streamed.

If neither of these is possible, then solution 3 would be nice:

3. Stream FLAC-transcoded-to-MP3 over the web to my iPhone. MP3 and OGG files must not be transcoded when streamed.
