I tried to upgrade my mac mini to Core 2 Duo 2.0GHZ (T5750) but it didnt work. I dont think it's dead.
After that I put the old CPU back and it's working.
Whats wrong. It should work because it's 667MHZ. Any ideas ???

Seems to be that isn't a Memrom, but again I could be and probably am wrong. This (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=420015&highlight=mac+mini+CPU+upgrade) thread should be of some use.

The highest CPU is the T7600 Merom. The T5750 that you tried has a 800Mhz FSB which will not work with the Intel 945 Chipset that is used in the Mini. The T7600 is a 2.33Ghz w/ 4MB of Cache.

I misspoke on the T5750, it does have a 667Mhz FSB, but it is not a Merom.

So the only CPU's I can use that are over 2 GHZ are T7600, T7400 and T7200 ??

The T7200 is a 2Ghz with 4MB which is suppose to already come in the Mini. You are correct in the T7400 and T7600 are your only other options.
