Installer.app 4.0 Issue?

I installed Installer.app a couple of days following all the instructions etc. Everything seems to work and installer boots up fine. I added the source program that was built into it and also added in modmyifone.com/installer.xml. However, when I started to download applications from the installer, it says that the application is installed, but the app does not load up on the menu screen for me to open/use. I double checked the "installed application" folder and it does say that it is installed. I am kind of lost right now trying to find a solution and can't come up with one. If anyone can help me, that would be great.

Another issue is that I don't seem to find the program Agile Messenger within Installer.app. I understand it is under modmyifone.com/installer.xml and I have entered that source along with all other sources within Installer. I can see other apps from other sources, but just nothing from Agile.

What I have:
- Iphone 3g with 2.0.2
- jailbroken
- cydia (working 100% fine)

...whats Installer.app? and did you get that installed via Cydia? ;) 'cause that's the only useful package manager for a jailbroken iPod/iPhone.

That's because it sucks. Use Cydia. Uninstall Installer.app and never use it again.

dont crash on installer. its only release was a beta and an early beta. the offical release isn't even out yet. Installer been out but not from cydia the makers of icy created the same thing. you connect top computer and it takes connection from pc instead of wifi which is faster and is simpler. its just a bit harder for them to make it so takes longer and cydia was the first to make. Its still in beta only for developers at moment it was leaked has bugs and was early stage relax .

Get rid of Installer. Never use it again. Cydia has everything now.

As The General said use Cydia, Installer hasn't been any good since firmware 2.X.

Even back in the 2.+ days I didnt bother with installer.
Just added Cydia and everything was there.

Installer has been officially declared dead. Rip Dev (Installer's new owners) have announced they will stop developing Installer.

In short terms, they killed it.
