vmware fusion increase partition size to 40GB

I have vista installed on my Mac Pro under VMWare Fusion. The install was only 20GB.

How do I increase the partition size? I have no experience with Mac terminal. Fusion was installed under Applications, the actual Windows Vista.vmwarevm is under Users/Todd/Documents/Windows.

Tips for mac beginners would help!
