Just wondering is the HSDPA chip on the iPhone capable of 7.2mb or just 3.6...i.e. is it class 10 or class 5?

So its currently capped?I believe it is "capped" by AT&T at around 1.4Mbps. I think one of the rumors was saying something to the effect of, even if it weren't capped and/or limited by the network, if they let it grab data at full speed (7.2Mbps), it would burn through the battery ridiculously fast. So we may never see it, or, if we do, we may see significantly decreased battery life.
