Vista Aero in VMWare Fusion?

I have Windows Vista Ultimate and I don't see an option to activate Windows Aero to make it more pretty. Is that possible?
 
No, it's not possible.

I haven't had time to check Fusion 2.0 yet. I think it has some graphics enhancements, but I don't believe it can handle Aero 🙁
