cannot put into recovery mode... I can't even turn off the phone.
Tried various sim cards.
Don't know the firmware version.
I have various macs with various OS's, if that helps.
The iPhone "iPhone" cannot be used with iTunes because the information required for activation could not be obtained from the iPhone.
Check that the SIM card is inserted in your iPhone and that it is not PIN-Locked.
The iPhone "iPhone" cannot be used because it requires itunes version 8.0 or later. Go to www.itunes.com to download the latest version of itunes.
