Easily photoshopped. Just take an image from a jailbroken iPhone and place it on a 2G touch screen.

Thats a terrible photoshop, you can see where they took out the AT&T logo. Sloppy as hell.

at present there is NO jailbreak for 2nd gen ipod, they changed the hardware inside so the 2nd gen jailbreak so the 1st gen exploit is no longer there. The dev teams just need to find another exploit
