iPod touch iPod Touch 2G Fully Charged?

is there anyway to find out if the iPod is fully charged at 100%? right now the battery image is green, but there still looks like there might be a little left to go, i'm not sure...

does the battery turn from green to a different color when it's fully charged? is there anyway to have a percentage amount visible?
 
Look at the top right of that screen. If there's a lightning bolt its still charging, if there's a plug its fully charged.
