Haha, my thoughts exactly. I never understood the "phone throw" when mad. Is anyone ever happy (besides this dude) immediately after they smash their phone?

Dude, throwing an iPhone? lol!

Shouldn't there be an App for that? lol. Shake your phone to see how much it damages it in VR.

"iAnger: now with accelerometer!

Ever wondered how angry you are, really? Wished you could find out? Well, now you can!!

Download iAnger 1.0, and it will tell you precisely how angry you truly are by measuring the acceleration of your phone across the room, and deceleration into the first solid object it meets!

Your anger will be registered on a scale from "slightly miffed" through "outright rage" to "See you on CSI". Score high, and you could feature on the Internet's Top 100 Madness chart*!

(* All submitted scores higher than "my iPhone has a laser sight" will be forwarded to your local branch of the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the TSA, the FCC, the UN, and the RIAA (who will disclaim any link between your anger and the heavy metal music you listen to, before suing you for pirating it).

Next time you have a fit of rage, be sure to open up this app (http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=288966259&mt=8) before you throw said device into the wall. Then post a screenshot :)

Hey at least he didn't throw the phone at her, or do anything to her. I get mad too and I tell you what throwing things or hitting a wall is a big relief. No harm done to anyone else.

I am just impressed that the phone faired so well! Pics would be appreciated though

Yeah, I'd be outta there.

I know you probably think we're ganging up on you, and that it was no big deal, but we're not, and it was. I hope you will learn to better manage your anger soon, and before something more than a wall is damaged.

K i've never done anything like that but its normal to become very upset during an arguement with a significant other. If your telling yourself its not your just wrong.

Big deal, its a phone. It can be replaced. The REAL thing here is he didn't take any anger out on the girl. Damned if you do, damned if you dont around here.

Haha, my thoughts exactly. I never understood the "phone throw" when mad. Is anyone ever happy (besides this dude) immediately after they smash their phone?

My buddy threw his phone onto the sidewalk when he was stranded without a ride. I guess his friend said he wouldn't come get him or something, but that didn't solve problems. He was phone-less for two months.

Moral of the story: Don't throw your cell phone because you're angry.

Although it's good news to know the phone is durable, my wife is a klutz when it comes to cell phones :D

It's good to know that the iPhone can survive being throw, but ....

Whenever I get mad at my girlfriend, we both say we're sorry, eyes watering,
and then we have make-up sex. I've never thrown my phone. I've taken a few
pics with it during the make-up sex though. :D
