I have a linksys wireless router attached to my cable modem, and I just got a g3 b&w. The linksys usb access point I think it's called is not mac compatible. What can I use to get this mac on my wireless network? HELP!

Put an Airport Card in the PowerMac, and in OS9 use Airport Setup Utility, in OSX use Airport Setup. It should detect an existing network, and you should be set.

IIRC, the B&W Powermacs did not have an airport slot. Therefore he needs a USB connector with OS X drivers... like so =) (http://macsense.com/product/broadband/WUA400.html).

Either get a new wireless router that has ethernet, or look around for a Mac compatible PCI WiFi card. I think I remember someone having luck with Linksys.

This should work okay if I put OS X on the G3, correct?
