How do I setup my Novel Groupwise E-Mail account with my iPhone?

I know there is that NotifyLink thing, but is there any other way to do it? It's just confusing to use the NotifyLink thing. How do I even download it???
 
If I remember correctly, you can use IMAP with your Groupwise mail as long as you know all the server names, etc.

At my old job where we had Groupwise, I was able to use OS X's Mail.app to access my Groupwise mail and link to the LDAP address book.

Im on OS X right now...
So how do I set up the Groupwise E-Mail with OS X's Mail.app?
And then how do I use it with my iPhone?
 
Do you know the incoming/outgoing IMAP/POP servers for your Groupwise account?

If so, all you will need to do is go into Mail and setup a new account and use the incoming/outgoing server
