iPod touch I already bought 2.0, Do I have to pay for it again if I buy the new touch?

I purchased 2.0 for my 1st gen touch. Do I have to pay for it then if I get the new touch? Will I also have to pay for any apps that I have bought?

2.0 comes standard on the new Touch, thank goodness, finally. 🙄
