The title pretty much says it all, I'm working on creating a 1-page brochure that we're going to be handing out at a fair next weekend. It's not going to be anything fancy, and I'll probably print out all of the copies at home on my Epson 2200.
Would using Illustrator or Photoshop suffice for this? I'm the most familiar with both of these programs, and I've never used InDesign before. Are there any reasons why I should use InDesign over the other two programs, given my situation? Thanks for the insight!

For 1 page Illustrator will be fine.

photoshop or illustrator will be just fine for you. i'd prefer photoshop over illustrator if you're not working with many vectors. if you have cs3, i would definitely use photoshop since you can have vector smart objects.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5F136 Safari/525.20)
I agree. If you do use photoshop however, be sure to set the dpi of the project at print resolution (i.e. 300dpi), not screen resolution (72dpi).

Same goes for Illustrator, and ideally convert text to outlines before printing.

thanks for the quick replies everyone, I opened up InDesign this morning and I was like WTF!
I'll definitely do a much better job in either PS or AI.
