So I just tried to quickpwn my iphone 3G, and since the program finished the phone has been rebooting itself. Constantly. It's probably rebooted about 15 times now, and it still doesn't get past the pineapple logo.

Any ideas?

Not trying to hijack your thread by any means, but i posted a complete, step-by-step guide to QuickPwning here:

I ran into your never-ending boot logo problem, and the only way to fix it is to go into DFU mode and restore fresh. Follow my guide, and you should have no problems...if you need help, reply here or PM me and i'd be glad to help.

I repwn'd it, waiting to see if it hangs again.

and BTW I followed the guide stickied on this forum to the letter. I'm using a mac, so your guide doesn't apply to me.

Nope, still stuck in a loop. Any more ideas? It's like the ALoD all over again..

One of the Apps you have on your phone is affecting it.

1. Restore

2. Take off Apps

3. Jailbreak

4. Put Apps back on.

This should work.

ok, restoring to stock FW now, I'll unsync all my apps and try the quickpwn again.

oh, and I should mention that it didn't work until after I had to force-reboot my system. ALWAYS remember to exit the itunes helper in activity monitor kids!
