App store apps that uses extra files wont work after 2.1

Hi Apps like Stanza, Flashcard, or Air sharing wont work

these are apps that have other files that needs to open

i wonder if there is a permission problem or something? thanks. I used the mobileinstallation file that came with the guides

it hangs in the loading screen then pops back to homescreen
