Hi, im looking for a way (if its possible) to connect my xbox 360 to an eyeTV Diversity?

Try a VCR. If not, there are converter boxes for about $19.99.

so the only way is to get a modulator? grrr, so clunky 🙁

A word of warning: Xbox 360s use 60 Hz, whereas your EyeTV probably only supports 50 Hz (at least that's the case for the Hybrid). This issue might be a bit more complicated than it first appears.
