Hi,
Strangely macrumors.com rejected this news, though it was anounced on official page: http://www.omnitel.lt/iphone .
And the news that we got iPhones on August 22 is misleading. The official announced was made only yesterday.

Here's quote from my blog:
Today, Omnitel LT (part of TeliaSonera network) introduced plans and prices for iPhone 3G.
The prices, unsurprisingly, sky high. Data plans - from 100MB to 1000MB per month.

The plans are:
iTalk 1 iTalk 2 iTalk 3
Monthly fee: 29 € 43 € 75 €
SMS: 100 250 1000
Minutes: 100 250 1000
Megabytes: 100 250 1000
iPhone 8Gb 141 € 60 € 1 €
iPhone 16Gb 222 € 141 € 57 €
Contract time: 24 months.

The company also offers custom plans for businesses. The prices include standard business plan + 29€/month fee for 1000MB data. iPhones price for these plans 60€/141€ for 8Gb/16Gb respectively.

However one phone reseller (www.mobili.lt) announced they are going to sell iPhone 3G's 'unlocked'.

The only Premium Reseller in Lithuania 'AVAD Baltic' haven't announced anything about iPhone 3G yet.

LMT.lv also introduced it's pricing for iPhone 3G today. It can be found at http://www.lmt.lv/lat/iphone.
