All my friends started playing Half Life 2:Deathmatch, and lucky me- I have a mac :P

I was just wondering how or even if I can get this single game running on my mac smoothly and without a horde of other programs.

My Mini is OS X 10.4.11, 1.66 Core Duo with half a gig of ram.
Is this possible?

Thanks.
(P.S. I don't want to have to leave my basement to make this work :P)

I'd get a copy of Windows and install it. After that it's just getting a hold of Half-Life 2.

You might be better off just getting a PC.

Dualbooting - it will run it. I was playing HL2:DM on my ancient P4 laptop.

Great game isn't it :D get yourself onto a computer with an ATi graphics card and go here (http://www.steampowered.com/ati_offer1a/). Free HL2:DM!

I played it for the first time in about a year last night, shame the servers are getting more and more empty :o such a brilliant game. All I played until TF2!

And Lost Coast! I didn't know that. Now I love my ATI in my iMac.

Lost Coast is a bit pants though. Would have been nice if they left it part of the main HL2 game. It bugs out a bit on my system too... But it was a HDR demo. Still it's a nice 10 minute long free level for what it costs :)
