gets stuck at pwnapple logo and vibrates twice every 10 or so seconds???

That's called the Apple Logo of Death.

Put it into DFU mode and restore.

from backup or set up as a new phone.....

New phone, I wouldn't do backup..

i DIDN'T do backup when that happened to me(mine was the default logo)

Thanks, uhhh yeah, NEVER unpwn and restore from backup if backup was from pwned phone, I about crapped myself....

PS- So has anyone "bricked" their phone so much that it was "unbrickable"????

That should be fairly close to impossible... at least with the iPhone (not as sure about the iPod touch).
