ever since i jailbroke my phone, it will randomly vibrate as in i got a email or text but theres nothing there. any clues on how to fix this or why its happening?

Is it the second alert that reminds you of the SMS ? My iphone has been finicky since my jailbreak. As much as I like having it that way I may restore it. :(
