I am aware of the tips to improve iPhone 3G battery life, but apple states the iPhone can go through 300-400 charge cycles, on average how many days is that?
And what can I do to make that last longer?
Thanks,
Alex

i believe 300-400 cycles before the battery is at 80% original capacity, not 0%

ive heard it takes a couple years to hit those amt of cycles

The battery life will depend on your daily use of the iPhone.

The less often it is used, the less often the battery is drained, the less often it needs to be charged, the less charge cycles you go through in a given week, month, year.

You can use the tips to improve battery life to streamline your use and turn off features that you aren't currently using.

Once your iPhone is out of warranty (1 year out of the box or 2 years with AppleCare), you can have Apple service a replacement battery for $85.95.
