MetaX 2.4.5 Loses sound!

I have had a search and read that this is a known older problem but is fixed now. Is this right? Am I doing something wrong? I just drag and drop the .m4v file in, click the right tags and then start! And when it's done the file has no sound.

Anyone have a solution to this?
