export as an mp4. you can choose compression settings. this is prolly your best bet, but i am a graphic designer, not a movie maker.

Have you ever heard of Divix?
it's not in quick time but you can download the plug in at

I would suggest 3ivx over Divx.

Even if you go with something else, check out Diva, it has a very clean interface, lots of formats to choose from.
