I remember him fondly growing up. He was at the vanguard of TV. Brought joy to a lot of young lives.
(CNN) -- Television's Captain Kangaroo, Bob Keeshan, died Friday morning in Vermont, a family friend told CNN. He was 76. After a long illness, he had heart problems

I have been to his daughter house a few times. I 90% sure it was his daughter, if not it was very close family. They abuse their animals.
I was too young (12) to call the police on them but If I went to their house now I would have. They had an old dog that always lived in a cage outside that was max 10' by 5' And it lived in about 1' of its own fecies and had sores all over its body.
I not sure but I think I might know the "close family friend" too.

I wonder if it's going to rain ping pong balls on his coffin?

How long has it been since Mr. Green Jeans died? I'm sure it's been over 10 years. The younger of you will be saying "who?" but Mr. Green Jeans was part of the show way back when.
