Mail app crashes a lot from JB. What do you guys do?

What do you guys do when an app crashes a lot? For me, it's been mail. Almost instantly after tapping it, it loads the screen and then crashes 5-10 seconds later.

I went into bosspref and hit "fix dir preferences" twice, I don't think that helped...
