i cannot switch iPhone back ON

Hi all,,

I have the installer app on my iphone, and i had used it to download a program, however it said that i had 2 reboot my iphone 4 affects 2 occur, and i did so, but when i wanted 2 switch it back on i couldnt anymore. I dont know what to do, I also tried restoring it through itunes, but still no luck. When I do try 2 swith it on, the apple icon appears then it freezes. Can some1 plz help me

I had my ipod and iphone do this to me anytimes. put it in DFU mode. here is how to put it in to DFU mode. (http://limitededitioniphone.com/how-to-put-the-iphone-into-dfu-mode/)
and then restore it. what program did you install from installer that did this?

I think it was the springboard

If i restore, will i lose all things in my iphone, i.e. msgs, contacts ...etc, especially that i want 2 unlock the iphone 2 b used with any sim.

its always good idea to backup your data, it saves u a life
