iOS I wonder if I send SQLite or sth DB data from the iPhone to my desktop program

Basically, you'll be doing it over the network.

If your desktop app has a web server, you could use NSURLConnection/NSURLRequest to POST it.

Or, time to brush up on TCP/IP programming and use sockets.
