Configuring Apogee Duet with Logic

Hi all,

I recently picked up a Duet to sue alongside Logic for my macbook pro. Im slowly getting familiar with Maestro and my music in iTunes sounds fantastic through the duet. However when I playback recorded music in Logic, I only get playback through my Left headphone. How can I get around this, its driving me crazy! Are my settings constantly changing depending on the program I use, or am I skipping over an option in Logic?
