SGI expeculation

I know this is a Mac Forum, but I think SGI has to come up with someing great, maybe a workstation based on thier Atlix servers, running a 64 bit linux on a Italium 2 processor.....with thier NUMA tech..... what do you think.....

oh boy did I use to drool over those nice little 'Indigo' boxes back in the days... but I kind of lost interest ever since they lost their 'edge' in the workstation market (cant' justify the price difference compared to PC/Mac if you don't have extraordinary bandwidth needs...) and started to focus on their high-end servers.

I also find it a bit sad that their case designs lost a lot of their magic...(for some people it still counts ;) )

Didn't they just release the Tezro workstation a few months ago ? Maybe it was longer, time flies past these days :)
