iOS CSS/DHTML for iPhone App

I want to creat a website that when viewed on an iPhone will look like a native iPhone app, something along the line of the contacts app.

Is there a standard CSS files with the images and layouts floating about?

If you want to show Web content on an iPhone, use a UIWebView.

Not sure if that is what you were asking or not.

Google have a UI library for iPhone Webapps...

Yes, there is exactly what you want out there: google for iUI.

Also try DashCode, ships with the SDK. I wrote this app with it fairly easily http://tyr.org.uk/bus
