Hi guys,
I have had this harddrive for a year or so and never had any problems. All of a sudden my macbook pro running 10.5.5 start spazzing out completely everytime I attached this harddrive. So I attached the same harddrive to my other laptop running 10.4.10 and it appears on my desktop. It mounts, and I can see how much space is being used, using disk utility, but I cant actually open my harddrive to access any of the files on it.
At the moment I am getting a friend to use the program Macdrive on his PC to see if I can access the files from his computer. I really need to the files, and was in the process of backing everything up, but fell at this early hurdle. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
