This is just effin' creepy. Think he masturbated while watching? :D

A very wise TV executive once told me that the key to TV is projecting through the screen. It's one of the keys to the success of, say, a Bill O'Reilly, who comes through the screen and grabs you by the throat. Palin too projects through the screen like crazy. I'm sure I'm not the only male in America who, when Palin dropped her first wink, sat up a little straighter on the couch and said, "Hey, I think she just winked at me." And her smile. By the end, when she clearly knew she was doing well, it was so sparkling it was almost mesmerizing. It sent little starbursts through the screen and ricocheting around the living rooms of America. This is a quality that can't be learned; it's either something you have or you don't, and man, she's got it.

I thought it was just weird.....was it planned out? Did she just start, and liked how it felt or was one of those nervous twitch things?

Ick.

You'd think that people who are that obsessed with appearance wouldn't touch the McCain ticket with a 40 ft pole. McCain himself must be the ugliest troglodyte who ever ran for the office.

I didn't. My girlfriend and I couldn't stop laughing.

I had a hard time finding it online. Can't believe no one else picked up on this today.

She's going to be losing the women's vote, doing things like that.

Don't exploit your sexuality on a televised debate. We should all take note.

I think McCain's face looks like a testicle.

And (wink) Sarah reminds me of Frances McDormand's performance in Fargo.
You betcha.

"Prowler needs a jump".

This is just my opinion, therefore, of no big deal.

Personally, I think KO loves to be able to jerk BillO's chain.

There was actually a legitimate reason for all that winking. Anderson Cooper said on his TV talk show following the debate that Palin's winking was caused by her hair poking her in her left eye. A stage hand came to her rescue and quickly taped her hair back when the camera was on Biden. ;)

I had to hit rewind on the TiVo to see if he really said what I thought he said. Once I realized he really did say that, I couldn't stop laughing either.

Too bad when she walked across the stage to shake hands with Biden, she didn't wiggle her ass. Woulda been worth another half a million votes.

Whats creepier then a woman winking is the thought of more of the same policys that Bush and his draft dodgers have embraced. Thats Scary.

Anyone catch SNL last night?

Tina Fey nailed it again. She called Palin on all her cheap tricks and then some. I was already rolling on the floor when she pulled out a flute and said "oh, are we not doing the talent portion?"

Please tell me you're kidding. If that's really her excuse, it's a lame one. A quick look at Youtube shows that her hair is clearly over her glasses, she never once raises her hand while winking as if to clear something from her eye (a tactic of a flirting woman, the hair tuck behind the ear, so I'm kinda surprised she didn't go ahead and do that more), and it was clear she was attempting to do a flirtatious single eye wink. Though otherwise, she did blink alot. As did McCain. Typical sign of lying, even if they're looking right at you.

Fey should have winked more.

Palin Misquotes Albright: "Place In Hell Reserved For Women Who Don't Support Other Women" (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/10/05/palin-misquotes-albright_n_131967.html)
Actually, Albright didn't say that. The accurate quote is, "There's a place in Hell reserved for women who don't help other women."
She wants to be a sexy flirt, but also wants to be supported by feminists, despite doing almost everything they're against... you know, except for having lady parts.

She wasn't winking at you. Or you. Or you. She was winking at me. My little hockey princess.

YOU CAN'T STOP OUR LOVE!
