Weird problem from 1.1.4 to 2.0.1

I just upgraded from 1.1.4 to 2.0.1 and everything went fine.

When I open Safari, it says ""Safari cannot open the page because it is not connected to the Internet."

Even though I have the total internet package enabled. What is this?

I also tried with WiFi and I get the same message.

I followed the guide from iClarified and it never asked me to browse and select those two .bin files.

Why are you going to 2.0.1? You need to get 2.1.

I don't know if it's 2.0.1 or 2.1? I followed this guide: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1557

and when I go to Settings > General > About, it says Version: 2.1 (5F136)

Can I just reupgrade it again following a different tutorial? Will that brick my iPhone?
