Okay, I am thinking I want to download stack-but the instructions say it is advisable to have only 2 other icons in the Dock.

Anyone know why this is? I am currently using the 5 icon dock feature.

Because it's not an icon, it's just a thing that is overlayed on the dock. It's pretty lame. Something you could do is put one of those fake apps on the right and then have three icons on the left. But there's no way to do it with 5 icons and have it not suck.

I hope it will be updated to allow modification of that gray background as well. I really want to add a little bevel, make it black, and add semi transparency.

Stack is great, but buggy and ruins WinterBoard themes.

One very annoying bug is having to remove the icon from Stack prior to uninstalling an app. Otherwise you'll be tossed into the safemode.
