VX Nano + wired keyboard

do the usb ports of the wired keyboard have enough power to run the usb receiver of the nano?
 
VX nano is a laptop mouse. I don't really see why anyone would buy one of these over the vastly superior MX Revolution unless they intend carrying it around a lot.

The Apple Keyboard can power my receiver for my MX Revolution.
