Nvidia GeForce 6200 vs Intel GMA x3100

I am wondering which has generally better performance, the 256mb GeForce 6200 AGP card or the GMA x1300 found in the SR/Penryn MacBooks. If the GeForce is better, is the GMA too far behind? :confused:
