How do you get rid of "Installer"?

SSH into the phone and delete "Installer.app" in the applications folder.

I downloaded MobileFinder from Cydia and used it to remove Installer.

Type the root password, it's alpine by default. It won't show asterisks as you type, it shows nothing.
