How to post in a forum on Safari?

So when I'm viewing this exact window right now to make this exact post on my iPhone, I can edit the subject line but the keyboard doesn't come up when I tap in this post field.

Does the phone not recognize that this post box can have text entered in it?

macrumors in particular does have a neato mobile version set up: mobile.macrumors.com

Although the full version does work just fine on my phone, as well. I'd make sure you're actually tapping in the box instead of being zoomed in too far on the site and tapping inside of a table that looks like a textbox (my guess is tables and layouts are kept to a minimum on the http://moble.domain.sufx sites for these reasons, primarily).

Yeah I actually tried with Macrumors regular site and it works. However, some sites like the Playstation.com forums it doesn't work. I suppose it depends on the forum model?
