iTunes automatically opening

Hey

Not when my PC starts, when iTunes is open and it's performing something. (eg updating album art..or adding lots of tracks and processing them..or I have the "get info" window open, it will randomly pop up every 30 seconds or something..maybe a bit longer but it's so annoying.

Anyway to disable it?
