Picasa has a pretty decent facial recognition service now, but I'm wondering if there's anything that can work with iPhoto to do this? Either a plugin or a 3rd party app that can add a persons name as a tag iPhoto can read based on wether their face appears in the picture?
Would help a ton with family photos, obviously. I've (no joke) taken about 3000 pictures of my son in the 7 months he's been alive, and probably half of those have one or more family members in them. It would be a life save to be able to auto-tag those with name so I can send out all the photos of the baby and his grandpa or aunt or whatever automagically...
