Can Macbook (not Pro) output to TV S-Video?

I tried to do a search and didn't find anything specific. I want to try hooking my MB up to my TV for occasional use. I have the miniDVI-DVI adapter. Can that be used with the DVI-Video adapter, or (as I suspect) is it missing the required analog pins? Is there any other (cheap) way to connect this? Thanks for any help.

Yes you can with the adapter soberbrain specified
