Yeah, you've never had drag-and-drop capability with the iPhone. You have to selectively sync your music.

you should be able to manually drag music to your iPhone. Did the settings change after the update?

You've posted two different problems here so you need to clarify. The first says you can't drag music into your iPhone, the second says you can't drag music into iTunes. Is it one, the other or both?

You say "it" comes up with a cercal [sic] with a cross through it? What is "it"? You posts are pretty unclear and lacking in detail so it's going to be hard for anyone to help you.
